RETURNS
Heyb Club accepts returns within 14 days after purchasing the items. We offer a refund for any unworn swimwear and clothing, provided all the following requirements are met:

- The item is in good condition, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.

- The item is without any odours (including perfumes) and stains (please be aware with make-up, deodorant and body lotion).

- If trying on swimwear, please fit the item over your own underwear. For hygiene reasons, we may refuse to accept a return if it's obvious that this has not been adhered to. We will return the item to you at your own expense. Any soiled items will be rejected.

We advise you to send your return package with track & trace. Heyb Club will not be responsible for any lost packages without proof of delivery with track & trace. We only process returns received at our post address. If import duties must be paid upon receipt, Heyb Club will refuse the package.

Return shipping costs and duty charges are a responsibility of the customer - original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Always check your items before trying on. In the exceptional case that you have received a defect or wrong item you need to report this to us within 48 hours. Send an e-mail to info@heybclub.com

Refunds 
Once the retour packages is inspected and approved you will receive a refund. The amount of the returned items will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it can take a few days to process the refund from our system to your bank account. 

Please note that sale items are not eligible for a refund. Sale items include items purchased with a discount of 20% or more. If you return a sale item you’ll receive a store credit. 

EXCHANGES
Because of the changing inventory, it is not possible to provide direct exchanges. We kindly ask you to place a new order via hybeclub.com
